The Goodyear Fire Department is investigating a carbon monoxide leak at a home Monday afternoon.

The owner of the home, near Indian School Road and Pebble Creek Parkway, called the Fire Department after the resident took some ill members of the family to the doctor, who discovered increased carbon monoxide levels, Russ Braden of Goodyear Fire said.

The fire officials are on scene investigating the source, which could be anything from the stove to the car being left on too long in the garage, Braden said.
